One of the most important decisions you will make is where to deliver your baby! At Meritus Medical Center, we know how special the birth of your baby is to you. We also know that parents-to-be expect expert medical care, compassionate nursing, and a family-centered environment. Your room will be fully equipped for labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. After birth, your baby stays in the room with you, which allows you the freedom to see, touch, and hold your baby any time you want. If your newborn needs advanced care, our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides specialized care, eliminating the need to travel outside of the area.

Yes, expectant parents can tour the Family Birthing Center by call 301-790-8421 to sign up for one of our weekly tours.
Is there a breastfeeding support group?
Yes, our Breastfeeding Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month
