Meritus Health offers both traditional, in-person, and virtual primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborn through adult.
Patients can also utilize our online patient portal, MyChart, to connect with their providers. Our convenient locations ensure that high-quality primary care is accessible, making sure that our patients have a strong health partner and advocate. Our practices offer patients preventative and wellness services, acute illness management, chronic disease management and a nurturing environment.
Meritus Health School-Based Health Centers are health clinics located within Western Heights Middle School and South Hagerstown High School. Students can receive on-site health care provided by a licensed physician/nurse practitioner and a nurse. Services are available for any student regardless of income, insurance status or ability to pay, but students must be enrolled to receive services. Enrollment is easy and care is coordinated with your child's current practitioner.

Consent from a parent or guardian is required before scheduling an appointment. Medication may be administered or prescribed as needed.
