This summer we will proudly open a multispecialty Meritus Sports Medicine location at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown. Our physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers will work to support the needs of athletes of all levels.
Primary Care
Meritus Health offers traditional, in-person primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborn through adult. Patients can also utilize our online patient portal, MyChart, to connect with their providers. Our convenient locations ensure that high-quality primary care is accessible, making sure that our patients have a strong health partner and advocate. Our practices offer patients preventative and wellness services, acute illness management, chronic disease management and a nurturing environment.
