Meritus Health Terms and Conditions
When you sign up for text messages from Meritus Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Meritus Health and its affiliated entities, including Meritus Medical Center, Medical Practices of Antietam (d/b/a Meritus Medical Group), Diagnostic Imaging Services (DIS), Meritus Medical Lab, Meritus Urgent Care, and the affiliated Brook Lane entities, if applicable. These messages may include:
Short Code 564317:
- Billing notifications
- Payment reminders
- Account information related to your Meritus Health account
Short Code 361946:
- Updates or requests related to your visits
- Information related to your Meritus MyChart account
- One-time passcodes for account access
- Prescription reminders
- Care management messages
You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using Meritus MyChart or text HELP to the short code for instructions.
