Miranda Ramsey serves as Vice President of Physician Services for Meritus Health, providing executive leadership for physician and ambulatory services across the health system. She is responsible for advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen clinical operations, improve access to care, enhance Physician and APP engagement, and support exceptional patient outcomes.
Miranda is recognized for building high-performing teams, cultivating strong physician partnerships, and aligning operational strategy with organizational goals to drive sustainable growth and improve the patient experience. Her expertise includes physician practice management, strategic planning, business development, ambulatory operations, and organizational performance improvement.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Shippensburg University and a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Capella University. Miranda is a professional member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is committed to advancing healthcare through innovation, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
