Susan Abbott, M.P.T., CLT

Susan Selby, MPT, CLT

Ms. Selby earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and is also certified in cancer rehab. Her special interests are in oncology, lymphedema and orthopedics.

Karen Grove, D.P.T.

Karen Grove, DPT, CLT

Ms. Grove earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. She is certified in cancer rehab and is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission. She is a Graston certified therapist, certified lymphedema therapist and has a Functional Standard for Optimal Aging Expert certification. Her special interests are in orthopedics, worker’s compensation and cancer rehabilitation.

Lisa Younkers, PT

Lisa Yonkers, PT

Ms. Yonkers earned her degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Kean University, in Union, NJ. Her special interests are in vestibular balance disorders and dizziness.

Kim Weaver, MPT, CBIS

Ms. Weaver earned her master’s from Shenandoah University in Wincherster, Va. She is a certified brain injury specialist. Her special interests are in neurology and vestibular balance disorders and vertigo.

Meredith Cirtwell, OTR/L, CHT, CLT

Meredith Cirtwell, OTR/L, CHT, CLT

Ms. Cirtwell earned her degree in occupational therapy from Utica College in Utica, NY. She is a certified hand therapist with the American Society of Hand Therapists, a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and is a certified lymphedema therapist. Her special interests are in hand and upper extremity rehab, ergonomics and lymphedema.

Andrea Rankin, M.P.T.

Andrea Rankin, MPT

Ms. Rankin earned her master’s in physical therapy from Gannon University in Erie, Pa. She is a certified Meeks Method for Osteoporosis therapist as well as certified in cancer rehab. Her special interests are in women’s health, oncology, osteoporosis, incontinence/pelvis floor rehab, craniosacral therapy and orthopedics.

Patty Runkles, M.S., OTR/L

Ms. Runkles earned her degree from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. She is a certified brain injury specialist. Her special interests include stroke, brain injury and visual deficits due to neurological impairment and progressive neurological impairments. Specialty trained and certified in use of Bioness H200, Restorative Therapies RT300 cycle, Saebo devices and LSVT-BIG techniques for Parkinson's Disease.

Brittany Witt, MOTR/L, CBIS C-PAM, CLT

Ms. Witt earned her degree in occupational therapy from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pa. She is a certified Brain Injury Specialist, certified lymphedema therapist and a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission. Her special interests are in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

Anna Peterson, M.S., CCC/SLP, CBIS

Clinical Manager of Meritus Physical Therapy

Anna earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from West Virginia University. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and completed certification in administration and supervision at Hood College. As an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist since 2003, Ms. Peterson has worked with patients across the continuum of care in multiple settings including outpatient, acute, home health, public schools, and private and state facilities.

Ryan C. Adams, MOT, OTR

Ryan C. Adams, MOT, OTR/L, CLT

Mr. Adams earned his Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pa. He is also an alumni of Duquesne University where he earned a bachelor degree in Psychology. He has had the opportunity to treat the geriatric population as a travel occupational therapist in the states of North Carolina, Virginia, California, and Texas. Mr. Adams is a certified rehabilitation service provider with Maryland Worker’s Compensation Commission and a certified lymphedema therapist. Trained in M1 Graston Technique and in application of thermal and electrical modalities for hand/upper extremity rehabilitation.

Meghan Bishop, D.P.T.

Meghan Bishop, DPT, CLT

Ms. Bishop earned her doctorate of physical therapy at Slippery Rock University. She is also an alumni of Frostburg State University earning a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. She is a certified lymphedema therapist. Meghan’s special interests include orthopedic injury, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.

Matt DicksMatthew Dicks, PT, DPT, CKTP, SFMA, TPI Certified

Clinical Manager of Meritus Physical Therapy

Matthew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2008. He has spent his career predominantly in the outpatient orthopedic setting and has special interests in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sport related injuries. Matthew is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Level 2 Medical Practitioner, SFMA Certified Practitioner, and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP).

AmandaAmanda Tyler, PT, DPT

Amanda graduated from Shenandoah University with a Bachelor’s degree in dance and exercise science. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. Amanda has practiced physical therapy in outpatient orthopedic, skilled nursing, and home health settings. She is certified in the LSVT BIG treatment program for Parkinson’s disease and is currently working on her certification for the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Amanda has a special interest in rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and spine.

Jolee AshleyJolee Ashley, PT, DPT, OCS

Jolee graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor’s degree in health science. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. Jolee has practiced primarily in orthopedics, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics in inpatient and outpatient settings. She is a board certified orthopedic specialist. Jolee has experience in rehabilitation of limb lengthening and reconstruction surgeries, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, spine and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Kay Reed, MPT, Cert. MDT

Kay Reed earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1993 and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1997. She has enjoyed working in outpatient orthopedics since graduating. She is a certified McKenzie therapist and also holds certification in ASTYM. Her special interests are orthopedics, geriatrics and spine rehab. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, running, biking and being outdoors.

Abigail CathermanAbigail Catherman, DPT

Ms. Catherman graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Elon University. Abby has practiced in the outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab setting as well as inpatient and outpatient neuro rehab. She is certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease. Abby has special interests in working with patients with orthopedic and spine injuries as well as stroke rehab.

Kesselring, Allison

Allison Kesselring, PT, MPT

Ms. Kesselring earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2003 (Bachelor of Exercise Science) and 2005 (Master of Physical Therapy (MPT)). She has extensive outpatient experience in all areas of orthopedic rehabilitation, including manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, post-operative/chronic spine conditions and geriatrics. Allison is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified Level 2 Medical Practitioner, SFMA certified Level 2 Practitioner, Functional Movement Screen Certified Practitioner and LSVT BIG® trained clinician.

Blair, Laura

Laura Blair, PT

Ms. Blair is a 1992 graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Physical Therapy. In her 30 years of practice, she has been in outpatient orthopedic settings. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and post operative care of shoulders and knees. Laura is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Level 2 Medical Practitioner.

Allen, Doug

Douglas Allen, PT, DPT, CSCS, CMTPT/DN


Doug earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University. He is also an alumni of the University of Maryland where he completed his undergraduate studies while competing for the Terps in Track & Field and Cross-County. Doug’s special interests in physical therapy include manual therapy, specific exercise and the orthopedics/sports populations. His certifications include dry needling (CMTPT/DN) and strength & conditioning (CSCS).

Samantha Memije, M.A., CF-SLP

Ms. Memije graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. Her special interests include brain injury, stroke, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Jenna Harne

Jenna Harne, MOT, OTR/L

Jenna graduated from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA where she earned a bachelor's degree in Health and Occupations and went on to earn her master's degree in Occupational Therapy. While earning her degree, Jenna was a 4-year Division III Volleyball collegiate athlete. Her current specialty area of interest is hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, with a special interest in sports-related injuries and recovery. During her fieldwork experience, Jenna gained clinical expertise in acute care therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, hand and upper extremity therapy, and work conditioning programs.

Judy Peck, PTA earned her PTA degree from Penn State Mont Alto in 1997. Her special interests are in neurology and aquatics. She is Graston certified, Bioness certified, has published articles and spoken at area conferences as a Meritus staff educator.

Todd Masters, PTA, earned his AA degree in Physical Therapist Assistance from Penn State University and is certified in Graston Technique manual therapy. He has 25 years of experience, working in outpatient, home health, and hospital therapy settings.

Jenn Mills, PTA has an associates of science in physical therapy from Penn State University. She is currently pursuing her bachelors in exercise science and minor in biology from Shenandoah University. Her special interests include neurological rehab and rehabilitation for amputees. Jenn is trained in the Bioness L300 Plus system and is certified in Graston Technique.

Michelle Ost, COTA earned her degree from Penn State Mont-Alto. Her special interests include brain injury and stroke rehab. She is also certified in Graston Technique manual therapy.

Kim Heiston , PTA earned her Associates degree from Northern Virginia Community College in Fairfax , Virginia and is certified in Graston Technique. Her special interests include Orthopedics, Lymphedema, Oncology, Wellness and teaching fall prevention program “Stepping On’’.

Stacy Stotler

Stacy Stotler COTA/L, CBIS, CLT

Stacy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from Purdue Global University, her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Penn State University, and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Public Health and Certified Health Education Specialist credentialing. Stacy has worked for over 25 years for Total Rehab Care, working with patients in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and outpatient therapy. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and also has certifications in Graston Technique manual therapy, and kinesiotaping. Her special interests include hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, pediatrics, brain injury, and health and wellness.

He also gained his A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant at Penn State Mont Alto. His special interests are in orthopedics, spine injury prevention and re-conditioning, and manual therapy.

Kelly Hudson, PTA earned her A.S in Physical Therapy Assistant from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, PA. She is certified in Graston Technique manual therapy, certified lymphedema therapist and is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. She has special interest in orthopedic disorders, as well as hands-on manual techniques.

Meghan earned her Associates of Applied Science and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in West Virginia. Meghan’s special interests include working with patients with Lymphedema and Multiple Sclerosis.

KristenKristin Weaver, PTA

Kristin is a graduate of the Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, Martinsburg, WV Physical Therapy Assistant program. Prior to her degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, she received her Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching, from Wilson College of Chambersburg PA., where she also played collegiate Softball. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages and is especially interested in treating athletes, orthopedics, spine injury prevention and re-conditioning by using the McKenzie Method, and manual therapy techniques.

Marie earned her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from University of West Florida, her Athletic Training degree from University of South Florida, and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in West Virginia. She enjoys treating patients with orthopedic injuries and sports medicine.

Cara earned her A.S degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Pennsylvania State University in Mont Alto PA. Cara's special interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, and balance.

Ashley earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Penn State in 2004. She is a credentialed clinical instructor for physical therapy students. Ashley has 18 years of experience working in outpatient, aquatics, home health and skilled nursing settings. Her special interests are orthopedics and aquatics.

Jocelyn Draugelis, PTA

Ms. Draugelis earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Pennsylvania State University in Mont Alto, PA. Jocelyn has experience in both the outpatient and home health settings and has a special interest in the areas of post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy and therapeutic taping, the McKenzie Method for treatment of spinal pain, and acute and chronic orthopedic injuries.
