Our services are provided through physician referral. If you or a family member are in need of our services talk to your physician about a referral to Meritus Home Health. Services are provided on a per-visit basis with most services being covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance programs. The Meritus Home Health staff is happy to help you understand your individual coverage.
We are licensed by the State of Maryland and accredited by the Joint Commission. The program also is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
