Family Medicine Residency Program

Complete applications submitted through eras will consist of all of the following:

• A transcript of medical school course work
• Completed application forms including a personal statement
• Three letters of recommendation from clinical faculty, one preferably from a family medicine physician

Additional criteria:

• Medical school graduation within three years of anticipated start of residency
• Applicants who require more than two attempts to pass USMLE I & II (CK & CS) or COMLEX I & II (CE & PE) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• For international graduates, J-1, H1B or other Visas are not accepted/sponsored.

Each year the core program has 6 spots.
