Ethan Roberts, PT
Mr. Roberts earned his degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. During his career, he has received certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association. He is currently a Graston Certified Therapist, holds a certificate as an Optimal Aging Expert, and is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission. Ethan has completed extensive continuing education and training in orthopedics, spine care and geriatrics.

Timothy Burkhart, M.B.A., M.S., OTR/L
Mr. Burkhart earned his master’s in occupational therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., and his M.B.A. from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. He has completed special training in hand therapy and is board eligible with the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Tim is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission. His special interests are in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and sports related arm injury. He has experience serving little league, high school, college, and professional baseball players, and has spent time training and working with the Washington Nationals organization for management of throwing athletes.

Lisa Allshouse, PTA
Lisa Allshouse, PTA earned her degree from Penn State. She has certification in lymphedema and in Graston Technique manual therapy. Special interest are orthopedics.
Elizabeth Buckwalter, PTA
Elizabeth Buckwalter, PTA earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Shippensburg University and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Penn State Mont Alto. She has a special interest working with patients who have orthopedic and neurological disorders and is certified in Graston Technique.
Angie Davis, PTA
Angie Davis PTA earned her Associates of Science Degree from Penn State Mont Alto in 1996 for Physical Therapy. She has worked at Total Rehab Care since 1997, with special interests in orthopedics. Angie is certified in Graston Technique manual therapy.
