Angie Crowder, M.S, OTR/L

Angie earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Masters in Science of Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University. Angie specializes in Pediatric Rehabilitation and has advanced training in working with individuals with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorders. She has experience using the Alert program, Handwriting without Tears Program, Wilbarger Brushing program, therapeutic massage and behavior regulation. Angie has over 22 years’ experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Angie enjoys working with children and their families to assist in development and achievement of functional skills for the participation in their daily lives.

Kymberli Dixon M.S., CCC/SLP

Kymberli earned her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University of Maryland. With over 25 years’ experience, she has had extensive training in Behavioral Based Interventions and the FloorTime approach, and has served as the clinical resource for speech therapy for autism spectrum disorders and verbal apraxia. She is a co-developer of Meritus Physical Therapy Pediatric program, which was designed as a strength- based program with emphasis on behavioral based programing for speech, language and occupational therapy. She provides evaluative and treatment services for children with a variety of speech, language and social communication disorders. She is a three-time ASHA ACE award winner for her commitment to advanced continuing education. During her career, she has been a featured guest speaker for local colleges, as well as participating in interviews for a variety of television, radio and print-based media platforms.

Heidi Smith, M.S.P.T.

Heidi earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Health Science at Misericordia University. She has completed extensive and special training for pediatrics and is eligible to sit for the Pediatric board exam through the APTA. Heidi has a special interest in birth to 5 neurological and orthopaedic conditions and is certified in kinesiotaping.

Bethany Shoaf M.S., CCC-SLP

Bethany earned her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Misericordia University. She has a certificate of clinical competence with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Maryland. She has experience serving the pediatric population in clinical, home health and school-based settings. Special interests and areas of expertise include autism, childhood apraxia of speech and adopting a family-centered therapy approach.
