Therapists
Ethan Roberts, PT
Ethan Roberts earned his degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. During his career, he has received certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association. He is currently a Graston Certified Therapist, holds a certificate as an Optimal Aging Expert, is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and is a LSVT BIG® trained clinician. Ethan has completed extensive continuing education and training in orthopedics, spine care and geriatrics. Ethan was voted as 2020 Tri-State’s Best Physical Therapist in the Herald Mail Media Tri-State’s Best Awards.

Timothy Burkhart, M.B.A., M.S., OTR/L
Mr. Burkhart earned his master’s in occupational therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., and his M.B.A. from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. He has completed special training in hand therapy and is board eligible with the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Tim is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission. His special interests are in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation and sports related arm injury. He has experience serving little league, high school, college, and professional baseball players, and has spent time training and working with the Washington Nationals organization for management of throwing athletes.

Glenn Divinagracia, PT, CCI, CLT
Mr. Divinagracia earned his degree in physical therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He is a certified rehabilitation service provider with the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and certified lymphedema therapist. His special interests are in orthopedic and work related injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Erica Heebner, PT, D.P.T.
Erica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University. She is also an alumnus of Shippensburg University earning a bachelor degree in Exercise Science with minor in Biology. Erica’s special interests include orthopedic injury, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.

Lisa Allshouse, PTA
Lisa Allshouse, PTA earned her degree from Penn State University. She holds certifications in lymphedema management and in Graston Technique manual therapy. Her special interest is managing her patients orthopedic conditions.
Elizabeth Buckwalter, PTA
Elizabeth Buckwalter, PTA earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Shippensburg University and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Penn State Mont Alto. She has a special interest working with patients who have orthopedic and neurological disorders and is certified in Graston Technique.
Angie Davis, PTA
Angie Davis, PTA earned her Associates of Science Degree from Penn State Mont Alto in 1996 for Physical Therapy. She has worked at Total Rehab Care since 1997, with special interests in orthopedics. Angie is certified in Graston Technique manual therapy.
Trevon McDaniel, PTA
Trevon earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Shepherd University
and his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Blue Ridge Community
and Technical College in West Virginia. He has special interests working
with patients with orthopedic disorders, as well as work related injuries.
