COVID - Test to Treat Program

If you test positive for COVID-19, you may be eligible to receive potentially life-saving treatments. The key to effective treatment in most cases is to test early and begin treatment as soon as possible after any symptoms begin.

How to receive PaxloVid

• Upon testing positive the patient’s primary care provider (PCP) can call and order the RX for Paxlovid, but that is not required. Should the PCP want to send an order to Meritus Pharmacy, it can be done electronically. If not ordered by PCP, please contact Meritus Pharmacy at 301-790-9281.
• From there, patients will complete a simple medical screening call. Once screening is completed the pharamcist will fill the request.
• To pickup medication patients must call the pharmacy first. Do not come into the hospital. Please utilize “Pharmacy Curbside Pickup” and call when parked. A pharmacy team member will bring the prescription out to the patient’s vehicle.

The hours for this program are 9 a.m. -5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
