Meritus Care Clinic
The Meritus Care Clinic will close PERMANENTLY on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Denise Ringley, CRNP will be relocating to Meritus Family Medicine- Robinwood. To schedule an appointment please call 301-714-4400.
Meritus Care Clinic is designed to provide you and your family with education about your condition and help you manage difficult to control conditions, such as congestive heart failure or CHF, diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD. You may also be referred to the care clinic after you have been discharged from the hospital and are not able to be seen at your primary care physician’s office within a few days or if you do not have a physician.
The following conditions and concerns can be managed at Meritus Care Clinic:
- Congestive Heart Failure or CHF
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD
- Diabetes
- Anticoagulation medications
- Overall medication management
What to Expect
You can expect a review of your medical history and a physical exam with the Meritus Care Clinic staff. Your vital signs will be checked. Please bring a list of all of your medications and instructions for taking those medications to review. After your visit, if you have any questions or are experiencing worsening symptoms and cannot reach your physician, please call us.
