Types of Bariatric Surgery

There are two types of primary bariatric surgical procedures procedures that are performed at Meritus Medical Center, Gastric Bypass (Roux-en-Y) and the Sleeve Gastrectomy. Both procedures are performed using minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopic surgery).
