Qualifing for Bariatric Surgery

To qualify for bariatric surgery you would have to meet one of the following quidelines:

1. BMI ≥ 40 or more than 100 lbs overweight
2. BMI ≥ 35 with at least one of the following co-morbid conditions:
   1. Diabetes
   2. Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
   3. Sleep Apnea
   4. Heart Disease
