Pediatric COVID Vaccine Clinics
Meritus Health has been happy to serve our youngest patients with the Covid vaccine. We will discontinue offering the Primary COVID-19 series for ages 6 months old to 4 years old effective December 5, 2022. At this time, we are not offering 1st doses, however will continue to honor the 2nd and 3rd doses that are scheduled. Please reach out to your child’s pediatrician, Health Department or pharmacies to check on vaccine availability for this age. Should you have any additional questions, please email covid.vaccine@meritushealth.com and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
*A parent or legal guardian does not need to be the adult who accompanies the child to the appointment. However, a parent or legal guardian will need to have filled out the consent form prior, and will need to be available for a brief telephone call, during which staff will verify the child’s information and permission for vaccination.
