Kristy C.. Hose, M.S.N.,ANP-BC,AGN-BC

Kristy Hose, M.S.N, ANP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with nearly twenty years of patient care experience, with 5 of those years spent caring for patients with cancer. She is a board certified adult nurse practitioner and holds an Advanced Genetics certification through American Nurse Credentialing Center or ANCC. In addition, Kristy completed the intensive course in cancer risk assessment through City of Hope – Division of Clinical Cancer Genetics. Kristy focuses on holistic care and providing comprehensive, personalized care and has been instrumental in the creation of the high risk program at Meritus.
