The President and CEO also recently co-edited The Healthcare Quality Book: Vision, Strategy, and Tools, Fifth Edition, which was published today.

The Healthcare Quality Book provides a framework, methodology, and practical approaches to assist healthcare professionals in championing quality improvement efforts. The most recent edition features insights from healthcare thought leaders with a wide range of subject matter expertise.
