Meritus Home Health Earns Patient Satisfaction Award

HAGERSTOWN – Meritus Home Health has earned the 2018 SHPBest “Superior Performer” Patient Satisfaction Award for providing excellent care to patients.

The recognition is for achievement of an overall patient satisfaction score in the top 20 percent of all eligible SHP clients for 2018 and scoring above the SHP national average for each quality measure from the patient’s point of view.

Strategic Healthcare Programs or SHP is the patient experience survey company for Meritus Home Health. Award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall satisfaction score for more than 2,500 home health providers.
