Alan Harsh, CNA, was selected as the fall 2015 champion nursing assistant. He works on 4 South in the hospital. An example of Mr. Harsh going above and beyond on the job was given in his nomination by a nurse colleague: “He comforted a patient who was nauseated, dizzy and confused, kneeling down and holding her hand to give her the feeling of assurance she needed to rest.” Champion Nursing Assistants are selected each quarter.
