The March of Dimes, Maryland Patient Safety Center and Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene recognized Maryland hospitals in July 2015 that reduced the number of elective inductions & C-sections before 39 weeks of pregnancy -- giving more babies in Maryland a healthy start in life.
