Meritus Primary Care – Prospect Street

Located in the Horizon Goodwill Resource Center, Meritus Primary Care Prospect Street is a walk-in clinic providing primary care services.

Our providers can evaluate and treat conditions ranging from a sinus infection to a sore throat, and manage conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and asthma. They promote optimal health, educate patients on disease prevention, perform regular screenings and refer patients for further required services. In short, primary care providers are the coordinators of your health care and take the time to get to know you and your family and provide accessible, coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
