Sign-on Bonus

Meritus Health is offering enhanced Sign-on bonuses for experienced RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Certified Medical Assistants!

  • Experienced RNs up to $30,000
  • LPNs up to $7,500
  • CNAs up to $7,500
  • CMAs up to $7,500

Sign-on bonus amount's are paid in 4 installments from the first pay after hire date thru month 36 of employment.

The fine print:

  • Only on NEW applications received after 11/1/21 (new applicants only – this means if you applied for Critical Care 3 months ago and now for 3 West – you would not be eligible). A new application is equal to having not applied for any position with Meritus in the past 12 months.
  • Rehires are eligible only if you have been gone for at least 2 years from new application dated 11/1/21 or later. Same rules above apply – if you’ve been gone for two years and you applied two months ago for 3 East and weren’t selected and now apply to 4 South – you would not be eligible.
  • Must remain in same department for the duration of the 3 years sign on agreement. If you transfer to another department, no additional payments will be made but you can keep the payment(s) already received.
  • If you drop FTE, future payments will be reduced but you can keep payment already received
  • If you increase FTE to a new bonus band, you must be in that higher bonus band for at least 6 months of the installment period. Example – hired at a .5 in October of 2021 and I go to a .9 in June 2022. My one year installment is October 2022. I was in the lower band for 8 months and higher band for 4 months. Therefore, less than 6 months in the higher band – I would stay at the lower band for the 1 year installment.
  • You must be actively employed at the time of each payment in order to receive.
