From Interstate 81
Take Interstate 70 East to exit 32B (Route 40 West), follow to first light, turn right onto Edgewood Drive. Follow straight through next light, road becomes Robinwood Drive. Follow to end and turn right onto Route 64.

Continue on Route 64 into Smithsburg and medical center will be on the right, just before Smithsburg Plaza.
