Please note that many of these activities will take place at either Meritus Medical Center or Robinwood Medical Center – unless otherwise noted. 2012 Meritus Health Directory
On Sunday, December 11, the 2012 directory was distributed in Washington County, primarily through the Herald Mail. If you live outside Washington County, please stop by any Home Care Pharmacy location or Equipped for Life to pick up a free copy. Stepping On: A Free Workshop for Preventing Falls
Many older people have had a fall experience that has shaken their confidence and may have resulted in injury. The threat of a fall can be a barrier to safely doing all the things they want to do at home and in the community. Stepping On is a well-researched falls prevention program presented by Meritus Health's Community Health Education program, Total Rehab Care, and the Washington County Health Department. The Stepping On workshop meets for two hours a week for seven weeks.
