Explorers is a career education program administered by the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women aged 14-20. The purpose is to provide experiences to help students prepare to become responsible and caring adults.

The Explorer program at Meritus Health gives students an opportunity to see healthcare facilities in operation and to meet healthcare providers and administrators.
